How much does embroidery digitizing cost?
Every design is $15 flat, whether it is a simple logo or a complex 3D puff piece. Bigger credit packs earn free bonus credit, which brings the price down to as low as $12.00 a design.
What counts as one design?
One artwork in one placement. A cap front and a cap back are two designs. A project with 4 placements is 4 designs. Complexity never changes the price. Not sure? Ask in Support and we will help.
How fast are orders?
Standard files take 4–12 hours, rush files 2–4 hours and flexible orders up to 24 hours. Every order shows a live countdown.
What if I am not happy with a file?
You get free edits until you approve it, up to 5 rounds per order. If your very first design is still not right, tell us within 7 days and we return that design’s credit. If a file will not stitch because of a technical mistake on our side, tell us within 7 days and we fix it, even after approval.
Do I need to pay to sign up?
No. Creating an account is free and needs no card. You can send an order first and add credit at checkout when you are ready. Your first top-up of $60 or more earns an extra $15.
How do I pay, and does credit expire?
By card through Stripe, the same secure checkout used by millions of websites. We never see your card number. Credit never expires. Unused purchased credit can be refunded within 14 days of payment if you ask. Used and bonus credit are not refundable.
