Account details (name, email, business name and a password stored securely by WordPress). Orders and files (artwork you upload, notes, delivered files). Payments (handled by Stripe: we keep the amount, date and Stripe reference, and the card brand and last 4 digits only if you save a card; we never see or store your full card number). Support chats and messages. Technical data (IP address and browser details when you log in or accept the agreement, and basic cookies).
To run your account, make and deliver your files, take payments, give support, send service emails (receipts, delivery, order and support updates), keep the service secure and prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax duties. We send marketing emails only if you ask for them.
Stripe (payments). Our hosting, email delivery and storage providers. The designers who work on your orders, who can see your order details and files. Analytics tools, if enabled, such as Google Analytics. Authorities when the law requires. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
We keep account and order records while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting duties. Uploaded and delivered files stay in your account until you ask us to delete them.
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information, or to object to or restrict how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent as the legal bases for the uses above. We use encrypted connections, secure hosted checkout and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
We work with clients and providers in many countries, so your information may be processed outside your country. We use reputable providers and appropriate safeguards.
Our service is for businesses and is not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
