Simple rules for credit, refunds and fixes.

Unused purchased credit can be refunded to your original card within 14 days of the payment. Ask in Support or email contact@luckywear.xyz. Refunds usually reach your bank within 5 to 10 business days.
Credit already spent on an order is not refunded. You can cancel an order any time before its first delivery and the credit goes straight back to your wallet.
Bonus credit is for orders only, has no cash value and cannot be refunded. If a top-up is refunded, the bonus it earned is removed too.
If a rush order is delivered late, the rush fee is added back to your credit automatically.
You can request up to 5 free edit rounds per order until you approve it.
If a file cannot stitch or print because of a technical mistake on our side, tell us within 7 days and we fix it free, even after approval.
If your very first design is still not right after your free edits, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we return that design’s credit. Once per business.
